Refund Policy

Delivery and pickup orders placed through our delivery partners (DoorDash, Uber Eats, ChowNow, etc.) must be resolved directly with our delivery partners' support. We cannot issue refunds for these orders.

Catering orders canceled at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund; 24–47 hours receive 50%; within 24 hours are non-refundable.

For errors or issues with in-house pickup orders, please contact us within 1 hour of pickup.
